Employment Opportunities
Regenerative Associate
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the heart of regenerative farming? We're seeking an enthusiastic Farmhand to join our team. This role is crucial to our daily operations and offers a hands-on experience in regenerative agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily care and monitoring of livestock

Maintenance and repair of farm infrastructure

Assistance with Egg washing/packing

Management of pasture rotations and fencing

Support for farm events and educational tours

Who We're Looking For:

Individuals passionate about sustainable and regenerative farming

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work outdoors in various conditions

Previous farming experience is a plus, but not required
Part-Time
Join our dedicated team and contribute to regenerative agriculture on a part-time basis. We're looking for someone passionate about sustainable farming practices, eager to learn, and ready to engage in a variety of farm activities.
