Our Story
Nestled on 800 acres at the edge of the Holly Springs National Forest, Etta Hills Farm was brought to life through the visionary efforts of Dr. Allen Williams, a leading figure in regenerative agriculture from Understanding Ag, LLC, and passionate entrepreneurs, Craig & Lili Foster. With a shared commitment to revitalizing the land and fostering regenerated ecosystems, our founders embarked on a journey in 2021 to transform a piece of land that had seen its days as a local rodeo venue and timber cutover into a thriving, productive farm.

Under the guidance of Dr. Allen Williams' son, Chris Williams, and Starkville, MS resident, James Triplett, Etta Hills Farm has quickly become a beacon of regenerative farming in North Mississippi. Our approach is grounded in the time-tested principles of nature, focusing on enhancing soil health, promoting biodiversity, and producing nutrient-rich local food.

In just a few short years, we have witnessed the remarkable transformation of our land. By embracing a diverse biological impact through the integration of multiple livestock species, we've developed a regenerative system that not only supports the health of our environment but also provides our community with high-quality beef, pork, lamb, and eggs. Looking forward, we are excited to expand our offerings and continue contributing to the health and well-being of our families and communities.

At Etta Hills Farm, our mission goes beyond agriculture. We are building a legacy of stewardship, education, and innovation, inspiring others to join us in making a positive impact on the land and in the lives of people in our region and beyond.
