    • Pricing and Weight Variability
      • Please Note: The final weight and cost of your pork share may vary depending on the actual size of the pig at processing. The listed weights and prices are averages:
    • Final Cost Calculation: You will be billed at $6.50 per pound based on the actual hanging weight of the pork.
      • Adjustments:
        • If the actual weight exceeds the average, you will be billed for the additional pounds at the same per-pound rate.
        • If the actual weight is less than the average, we will refund the difference accordingly.
      • This approach ensures you pay only for what you receive, providing fair and transparent pricing.
  • What You Get: A well-balanced variety of cuts, including bone-in pork chops, shoulder roasts, smoked bacon, pork ribs, hams (processed into various sausage varieties), pork shanks, and other specialty items. Each half share is processed and packaged to meet USDA-inspected standards, ensuring that your pork arrives fresh, flavorful, and ready to enjoy.

  • At Etta Hills Farm, we understand that circumstances may change. To ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers, we have outlined the following cancellation policy for our Whole Pork Share and Half Pork Share orders:

    • Cancellation Before Processing:

      • If you need to cancel your order 20 days or more before the scheduled processing date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
      • If you cancel within 20 days of the processing date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit to cover costs incurred during the preparation of your order.

    • Cancellation After Processing:

      • If the beef has already been processed or is in the process of being cut and packaged, your deposit is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the remaining balance. We are happy to work with you on alternative delivery options if necessary.

    • Rescheduling Orders:

      • We allow one-time rescheduling of your order without any penalty if you notify us at least 20 days before the scheduled processing date.

    • Failure to Pay Invoice at Delivery:

      • In the event you are unable to complete payment upon delivery, we reserve the right to hold the beef until payment is made in full. If the balance remains unpaid after 7 days, the order will be considered canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
