How is it shipped?
Vacuum-sealed in compostable BPA-free packaging, packed on dry ice for next-day shipping.
Will it stay frozen in transit?
Yes — we engineer the dry ice load for the route. If anything thaws, we replace it.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
FedEx leaves it at your door — packaging holds frozen for 24 hours unattended. We track your shipment and email you when it lands.
Do you ship outside the continental US?
Not yet. Hawaii, Alaska, and international are on the roadmap.
