Soy & corn-free pastured eggs from regenerated Mississippi pasture — delivered weekly to Memphis, Oxford, Tupelo, and Jackson. Case pricing, standing orders, no middleman.
If you're sourcing eggs for a kitchen, a coffee bar, a bakery, a cheese counter, or a school lunch program, this is the easy answer. A regenerative family farm in north Mississippi raising pastured eggs the way they're supposed to be raised — outdoor hens, real grass, real bugs, soy & corn-free supplemental feed. Case pricing, weekly delivery, no middleman.
Etta Hills hens live outdoors on regenerated Mississippi pasture, fed a soy & corn-free supplemental ration and rotated through fresh paddocks weekly. The kind of egg that used to be the standard before commodity production took over.
We don't claim it. The eggs prove it. And we're happy to walk any chef or buyer through our practices on a farm visit.

Yes — bi-weekly delivery on freight schedule for accounts ordering 50+ dozen/week. Smaller accounts ship fast-frozen via parcel.
Weekly delivery to Oxford (we're 20 minutes south) and Tupelo (about 40 minutes west). Many local kitchens also pick up directly at the farm.
Pasture-raised on real grass, rotated through paddocks weekly. Cage-free isn't a meaningful label — the industry standard still allows confinement barns with no outdoor access. Our hens live outside.
Forage from the pasture (grass, seeds, insects) plus a soy & corn-free supplemental feed. No GMO grains.
